As for the installations and locksmith work. We care about all aspects of the job. We take pride in how flush the latches and strikeplates are. So many times we see a beautiful lock installed in a custom door and if the installer just took a couple of more minutes to flush it out it would make all the difference in the world. Another item that concerns us is how smooth the lock works, it should never stick and it should never rattle when the door is shut.

When rekeying and installing new locks we always check the screws and cylinders for the correct tightness and pin alignment. Many times the locks from the factory are not set to our high standards.
